Returned items and incorrect addresses

RETURNED ITEMS/INCORRECT ADDRESS: Any items that are returned to us as non-deliverable, incorrect address or incorrect name at no fault of Pillow Oasis. The buyer will be contacted about buying a new postage. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Pillow covers do NOT come with the insert, all pillows covers are sold as covers. What size to purchase: For square pillow covers; use an insert one size up for the fullest look (Example: 18"x18" cover = 19"x19" or 20"x20" insert). Or use an insert the same size as the cover for a softer more relaxed look. Please use extra care when inserting and removing inserts and support end zipper seams.

Some pillow covers are washable, it will be noted in listing details if washable. Some pillow covers are dry clean only, for the most longevity. Linen: Steam and/or iron to freshen, inside out Contact if unclear or wondering for care details of a specific product.
