Set your heat press or iron to 350–375°F (cotton setting).

Position the design and cover with parchment paper.

Apply firm pressure for 10–15 seconds.

Let it cool slightly, then peel the film carefully.

For best results, re-press with parchment paper for another 5–10 seconds.
