Do not wet the sandals under no circumstances. Sandals should be clean with a dry rag .

Questions about the right size? Should i exchange them? Will they stretch?Are they to small?

PLEASE DO NOT wear this shoe with socks , it is not made to fit with socks this will only cause the shoe to stretch more than its has to and you wont be able to wear them with out socks ( over stretch) . PLEASE NOTE: each sandal is handmade , they are intentionally made to feel snug ( tight) specially on the sides , this is NORMAL , they will stretch after use and it will mold to your foot , after sandal has break in to mold to your feet they will be the very comfortable . Common examples: *If you feel your foot very tight on the sides ( this is normal) especially if the length of your foot is right, ordering a larger size just because the sides feel to tight its wrong. remember that leather stretches and they will fit you perfect after

I received my sandals and they look a little different in color compare to the ones posted online? orders

Remember the sandals are handmade and every piece is unique . style or paint color might vary slightly . We try our best to keep it consistent and they are for the most part. but in rare occasions it happens

If i order a size 7US will i be getting a 24MEX?

NOT ALWAYS> This is very hard rule to follow , as our sandals are handmade and unique. We work with different Soles and each one of them meassures differently , We will send you the sandal that best fits your size. Please don't expect on all sandals to be 3 sizes down( according to US/MEX size convertions , This rule is hard to follow on handmade sandals. NOTE: Sandals are printed in Mexico standard size numbers NOT in US, A Size 25MEX will say 5 printed in the sandal, once you order them we will send you the correct size.

We dont accept Returns in our "Clearance Section" only exchanges. please contact us within 7 days of been delivered . Clearance sections can have up to 40% OFF it depends on the Sale plus free shipping, since we make little to no profit on this section, Buyer is responsible for shipping cost both ways and the difference of the exchange pair price cost if theres any.
