It has gone through tough tests with more than 8000 washes and has preserved its liveliness and shine on the first day. Regarding maintenance, we recommend that the carpet be washed in the machine with cold water at 30 degrees, without wringing, to preserve its first-day condition. Leave to dry in a place away from sunlight.

DIMENSION

We offer a variety of sizes to fit a variety of rooms and outdoor environments. For sizes that are not listed in our size chart, please contact us and we will produce the most suitable size for you.

POINTS TO CONSIDER

Please note that our smallest "Mat size" measures (19.6 x 31.4 inches) = (1.64 x 2.6 feet) = (50 x 80 cm). Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Please note that overlock color (edge stitch color) may vary depending on the pattern and may differ from the image displayed.

PACKAGING

We provide standard transparent packaging to protect your carpet during transportation. If you prefer gift wrapping, please let us know when placing your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We prefer UPS shipping, DHL, Fedex shipping for orders.
Delivery is provided within 3-4 days to European countries and within 4-5 days to America or Canada. For other countries, delivery varies between 2-5 days. Very rare delays may occur due to address and country specific factors.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Each rug is meticulously crafted to your specifications and undergoes stringent quality control. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will immediately take steps to correct the problem to your satisfaction. Although returns and exchanges are not generally accepted since the products are personalized, we prioritize your satisfaction and evaluate valid requests on a case-by-case basis.
