Why isn’t my order here yet?

Orders without tracked shipping selected will usually take around 3-7 days but there can often be delays within the USPS. If it's been over 4 weeks (USA) or 8 weeks (international) since your order was marked shipped, reach out and I can sort something out for you. USA (free shipping/first class): 3 days-2 weeks USA (tracked): 2 days-1 week Canada: 1-4 weeks Everywhere else: 2-8 weeks

My order isn't here but it's past the estimation date

Etsy has no way of knowing when orders without tracked shipping selected have been deliveredand it is purely an estimation, so it’s likely still on it’s way! If it’s been longer than 3 weeks and no sign of your order, message me. Etsy often sends an automatic reminder to review your order a few days after it’s been shipped, and a lot of people can mistake it as a delivery notification.

How do I create my art?

I draw with my Ipad + Apple Pencil using the art app Procreate for all my art and designs. I never incorporate AI into any of my work and never will.

Why doesn't my order have tracking?

If your order doesn't have a tracking number, it's likely because free shipping was selected. Tracked shipping is available to select at checkout for items that would have the free non-tracked shipping otherwise. Items like pins automatically come with a tracking number. Etsy provides tracking numbers for US orders, but they are unable to be viewed through the USPS tracking.
