Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle or “hand wash” mode with a low spin setting up to 500 rpm. Use detergents that do not contain bleach (chlorine). A fabric softener may be used. Dry naturally on a flat horizontal surface to maintain shape, or use the machine’s delicate drying mode. Iron slightly damp garments on the reverse side only, in a horizontal position, using a low temperature setting. To prevent deformation, avoid hanging — store folded.

Care instructions Scarves, Wool Socks and Beanies

Scarves and Beanies Hand wash in cool water using a gentle wool detergent. Do not wring — instead, gently press out excess water with a towel. Dry flat on a horizontal surface, away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not iron. Wool Socks Before machine washing, turn the socks inside out and shake out sand or dust. Sort laundry by fabric type and color, choosing a suitable detergent. Powder detergents work well for synthetic fabrics, while liquid detergents are better for cotton and wool. Wool and viscose items should be washed on a delicate or hand-wash cycle with minimal spin. Cotton and synthetic socks tolerate regular washing at 30°C.

Care instructions All Other Clothing

Machine wash at a temperature not exceeding 35°C, using a spin setting up to 800 rpm. Separate colored items from black and white clothing. Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning agents. Use a liquid detergent for delicate washing; fabric softener may be added. Air dry only. Iron on the reverse side.

How can I return/exchange my order?

Underwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary and hygiene reasons. For all other eligible items, customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Exchanges cannot be processed until we receive the original product in good condition. For returns, refunds will be processed only when the product is received by us in good condition.

In case of damage or loss during delivery caused by our packaging or handling error, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, the tracking system doesn't always show its location. This doesn't mean the package is lost - it means the package hasn't been scanned in your country yet.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

Italy: A €2 handling fee may be required upon delivery for commercial parcels up to €150. This fee is charged by your local postal service and is not included in our shipping price. France: A €2 fee per product category in the parcel may be charged upon delivery. This is collected locally and not included in our shipping cost. Romania: The €5 customs handling fee (from March 1, 2026) is already included in our shipping price. No extra payment required. USA: The 10% import tariff is already included in our pricing. No additional fees upon delivery.

Care Instructions Sweaters and Fluffy Cardigans

Wash sweaters and fluffy cardigans by hand or on a delicate 30°C cycle with low spin (up to 500 rpm). Use liquid detergents without bleach. Dry flat and store folded; iron on the reverse side. Pilling is normal for natural fibers. Ribbed lace and satin: wash at 30°C on delicate, avoid bleach, dry flat, iron damp on low heat. Other clothing: wash up to 35°C, spin 800 rpm, separate colors, use gentle detergents, air-dry, iron inside out. Scarves and beanies: hand wash in cool water, dry flat, do not iron. Wool socks: turn inside out, sort by fabric, use liquid detergents for cotton/wool, wash on delicate at 30°C.

The cotton fabric is very nice quality and th design is adorable... I got a pair for me and my mum loved it so much I ordered another pair for her! The medium is better for a small person... I'm a size UK 12/US 8 usually and in the end I gave my m pjs to my mum and ordered a L for myself. The top is still not baggy at all so if you like just a little room order a size up. Well worth it though! Love love the cute soft colours in th style I ordered (little pink flowers)

Couldn’t be happier! This lounge set is so lovely. The fabric is high quality and the set is well made. The top is a bit tight for my preference, but still comfortable for me. If you have a larger bust or large arms, I would suggest sizing up.
