A purpose-built plate engineered specifically for stacked dado sets up to 13/16" width.

Keeping a dedicated plate for standard blades and dado stacks preserves both setups and saves time when switching.

Dado Stack Compatibility
This plate was modeled and tested using the Freud SD508 8" Super Dado stack (up to 13/16").
Most major 8" stacked dado sets share similar outside dimensions, though minor manufacturing tolerances can vary slightly by brand.
The tapered slot design provides bottom clearance while maintaining tighter top-surface support for improved cut quality.

🛠 Installation (Quick Steps)
1. Unplug the saw.
2. Lower the blade fully.
3. Remove riving knife (if installed).
4. Drop plate into table opening.
5. Slide rip fence over plate for stability (not over blade).
6. Power on and slowly raise blade through insert.
7. Raise and lower blade to fully clear the kerf.
8. Unplug saw and remove any plastic burrs.
9. Adjust leveling screws until the plate sits perfectly flush.
