To ensure your Maeve Unique Creations piece remains a cherished heirloom, we recommend the following gentle care instructions. Maternity Gowns: - Wash: Delicate machine cycle (max 30°C / 86°F, 800 rpm spin). For best results, use a laundry bag. - Dry: Hang to dry or lay flat. Do not tumble dry. - Iron: Steam or use a low heat setting. Newborn & Baby Outfits: - Wash: Hand wash in cool water is strongly recommended to protect delicate fibers and details. - Dry: Gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. - Iron: Use the lowest heat setting, preferably with a protective cloth over the item.

Processing & Shipping Times

Your total wait time is a combination of two stages: Creation Time + Shipping Time. 1. Creation Time: As most of our pieces are lovingly handmade to order, please allow up to 14 days for us to craft your item with the meticulous care our brand is known for. 2. Shipping Time: Shipping duration varies depending on your location. You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey once it is dispatched. Need it Sooner for a Photoshoot? We understand that deadlines can be tight. For urgent orders, we recommend two steps: -First, please check our "Ready to Ship" section for items that can be dispatched immediately. -If your desired item isn't there, please contact us before placing your order.

Important Return Guidelines: - Condition: The return is only possible if the product is clean, unworn, and has all original tags intact. - Inspection: To ensure transparency and avoid disputes, we video record the opening of every return package.
