How do I access my digital prints?

After purchase, Etsy will send you an automated email with download details. If you don’t see the email, check your Spam, Trash, Social, or Promotions folders. Adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book may also help. If you have an Etsy account, you can access your downloads by clicking ‘Your account’ in the top-right corner, selecting ‘Purchases and reviews,’ and then ‘Download Files’ next to your order. Alternatively, visit www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Note: Files can only be downloaded via a web browser (not the Etsy app), as required by Etsy.

What are your recommendations for printing?

1. Professional Online Printing Services Upload your files to professional services for high-quality prints. Examples include Giclee Today, Printful, or local services in your country. 2. Local Copy Stores Bring your files on a USB drive to your nearest print shop. 3. Home Printing While convenient, note that color quality may vary depending on your printer. We recommend printing on heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock for a polished finish. For a truly authentic vintage feel, premium archival fine art paper is your best choice.

I used Apple Pay and can’t find my download. What should I do?

If you used Apple Pay or "Hide My Email," the download email may have been sent to a random address. To locate your files: Visit www.etsy.com/your/purchases on a computer (not the app). Still can’t find your download? Please give me a message

Do you offer custom prints?

Yes, I can customize color, size, or orientation for most prints. If you'd like a personalized change, please contact me first to discuss your request.

Is your art for commercial use?

My art is strictly for personal use only. Reproducing, modifying, or selling it in any form without permission is prohibited. All designs are original and created with care.
