What do I do if my order shows it was delivered but it's not here?

In the event that your order status indicates it has been delivered, yet you have not received the package, kindly message us regarding your concern with your name, order #, and tracking # so we can further assist you. Subsequently, we recommend that you inquire with your neighbors and examine nearby locations to determine if the package was inadvertently left in an alternate spot. Should the package remain unlocated, it is plausible that USPS has prematurely marked

Once your order is dispatched to the address you have provided, the responsibility for the delivery of your package transfers to the United States Postal Service (USPS). At that point, we no longer have control over the delivery process. KandiQueeni cannot be held liable for any packages that are lost during transit or for those that are marked as delivered but are not physically present at the designated location. If you haven't received your package within 24 hours of your "delivered" notification please reach out to your local USPS office to see if they are able to locate your package, if not, please open a case with Etsy Support so they can further assist you with a possible refund.
