Our usual processing time is 1-3 business days. However, during holiday seasons, it may extend to 3-5 business days to accommodate higher order volumes.

We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
