We are happy to consider custom designs if they can be sold to any customer. We do not merge letters or create custom names as free software is available for that purpose. If you need more information on free software options, please contact us.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you accidentally purchase the same item twice. In that case, we are happy to refund or replace a duplicate purchase.
