Why did you message me saying you are out of stock on an item when I was able to purchase it from your store?

We do our best to keep our listings as accurate as possible, but since we sell through multiple platforms, there may be occasional shortages. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but please know that this is a very rare occurrence. We will always do our best to offer you a similar print or source the exact same print for you if possible.

Where are you located and can I pick up my order?

We are located in downtown Los Angeles, California. Local customers may request curbside pickup by leaving a note during checkout. If shipping charges are applied at checkout, we will refund them when processing your order. Orders not picked up within 7 days may be shipped.

Will multiple quantities be cut continuously?

Yes! Multiple quantities of the same fabric will be cut as one continuous piece whenever possible, unless you request otherwise. For example: Quantity 2 of 1/2 yard = 1 continuous yard cut If continuous yardage is unavailable, we will contact you before shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $35 USD ship free to US buyers through Etsy's free shipping guarantee program.
