How long does it take to receive my order?

All of our products are made to order. It usually takes us between 3 to 5 days from the date of order to print the designs. For domestic orders, we ship through USPS and delivery would take between 5 to 7 business days. That is if there are no major delays, especially during holidays. On average, it would take between 5 to 16 days before the order is delivered.

Can I request for an exchange or refund once I receive the order?

Because all of our products are made as the order is received, we cannot accept returns and exchanges unless: 1. the product received by the customer is damaged 2. the product received by the customer is incorrect Please send me a message regarding issues with your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is received, we send it to our production queue. I can only allow cancelations if I received a message before it was sent to production, usually between 2 to 4 hours after the order is received.

Custom and personalized orders

We use Bella Canvas 3001 for our shirts. It's a unisex shirt but sized closer to women's size. Our shirts are pre-shrunk and runs true to its size.
