Delivered to Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Since I ship directly from my production partner I'm unable to send a physical gift card message with your order. However, I'd be happy to provide a nicely designed digital note free of charge that you may email to your gift recipient. Please message me if you would like this option with your order and I'd be happy to provide this for you!

Do your use real glitter on your tumblers?

No real glitter is used on the tumbler. Our tumblers are created using a sublimation process with a digital image.

If I made a mistake or if your item was damaged in transit, I will be happy to work with you to make it right! Please send photos of the item that includes the area of concern and I will take it from there. Please contact me to report any issues within 30 days of placing the order. If the issue is not reported within 30 days of ordering, I do not offer refunds or replacements.
