What about import duties, taxes, and customs fees?

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Every country has its own customs and import policies. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that we are not responsible for any internal income fees, customs duties, or import taxes that may apply in your country. We kindly recommend checking your country’s customs policy before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges. You can use global import duty calculators such as SimplyDuty’s Import Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you might pay.

Product Quality and Safe Use

We take great pride in the quality of our busy boards and the elements we use. While we carefully handcraft most parts ourselves, some components (like locks or metal latches) are sourced from trusted manufacturers. If you ever discover a factory defect in any element, we’re happy to provide a replacement part free of charge. However, please remember that gentle and correct use of the busy board is essential. If a child plays with it in unintended ways (for example, hitting it with a hammer or throwing it), any resulting damage is beyond our control. We kindly ask that children aged under 3 years use the busy board only under adult supervision. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep playtime safe and enjoyable! 🌟

Custom and personalized orders

We’re happy to personalize your busy board with your child’s name or color preferences. Simply leave a note during checkout or message us directly — we’ll confirm all details before production begins. There’s no extra charge for name engraving.

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us before sending anything back — we’ll guide you through the process.
