✾ Digital Downloads - Voucher Code Instructions ✾

If you select the ‘Digital Download’ option, please apply the discount code DIGITALDOWNLOAD at checkout to remove postage costs.

✾ How to Personalise Your Order ✾

To personalise your chosen design, please browse through the images to view the available customisation options. Once you have selected your preferences, enter the relevant codes in the personalisation box. It is essential to include a code for each option to ensure we can create your design accurately.

Please note that if personalisation codes are not provided at the time of ordering, there may be delays in processing your order, although we will do our best to expedite it.

✾ Proof/Draft Before Printing ✾

A proof or draft will be provided with every order and sent via Etsy messages. We offer one complimentary revision to address any spelling corrections or minor adjustments.

Please be aware that changes to the order of characters are not included in the free revision. Ensure that the personalisation is arranged from left to right when placing your order.

✾ Order Processing Time ✾

Once your order is received, we will send a draft copy for your approval within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, this timeline may be slightly extended.

Upon confirmation of the draft, we will proceed with finalising your order and arrange for delivery based on your selected shipping method. If we do not receive confirmation by the final dispatch date, your order will be completed using the draft or personalisation details provided at the time of ordering.

✾ Delivery Timeframe ✾

Etsy provides the most accurate delivery estimates during the purchasing process. These estimates are based on our processing times and expected delivery durations to your location. Please review this information before placing your order.

For UK deliveries, orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days from dispatch. Upgrades to Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days) or next-day special delivery are available at checkout.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service. Shipping times for international orders vary by country, and the most accurate estimate will be provided at checkout. Please verify this information before completing your purchase.
