Q: Can I purchase sample?

A: Yes we do samples. These can usually be found at the bottom of the quantity selection menu on the listings, where the option to purchase a sample is there. Just a quick note to clarify—our samples are Non-Personalised and marked with "Sample". This is to allow customers to check the size, quality and colour before placing larger orders.

Q: My acrylic looks dull and scratched—what's going on?

A: It’s likely the protective film is still on! Some of our acrylics come with a thin film to prevent scratches during transit. Once you peel it off, you’ll see the smooth, shiny finish underneath. If you're unsure how to remove it, we have quick demos on our social media. Check out our Instagram @inketchuk for a step-by-step guide. Give it a try, and if you need any help, just let us know!

Q: Why does the listing price look lower than what I actually pay?

A: The lower price you see is for a sample, this will arrive unpersonalised and marked with “sample.” It’s a great way to check the quality and colours before committing to a larger order. For fully personalised items, make sure to select the personalised option with the correct quantity. The price is slightly higher to reflect the extra work that goes into creating custom pieces.

Q: Why are there two quantity boxes?

A: Some of our items are sold in sets to offer better value. If you're selecting the quantity you need using the first box, just leave the second box as 1—no need to change it.

Q: Where can I send my list of names?

A: Once you've placed your order, you can either send us a message on Etsy with the names copied and pasted, or email them to us at info@inketch.com. To avoid mistakes, please send the list in an editable format so no photos, please!

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: As all items are made to order, we won’t be able to cancel an order and issue a refund.

Q: How far in advance to I need to book my wedding package?

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your slot, you can pay a £50 booking fee, which comes off your final total. There’s no minimum spend—order as little or as much as you like! Once booked, we’ll get in touch to discuss your vision and any ideas you have. Not sure yet? No worries—we’ll guide you through it! When we have enough details, we’ll send a quote for your items. We’ll then create mock-ups for approval.
