Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping can be purchased for any order for $4 at time of purchase.

Rush orders can be purchased for $14.99 and will bump your order ahead of all others, typically shipping next day. Shipping speed will depend on your shipping choice at checkout. Priority Mail Express is the only shipping option with a guaranteed delivery date.

What are these marks on the wire?

Small dents, marks and scratches due to pliers are a completely normal part of the art process, all the wire I bend has these small marks.

Can you send me a proof?

You will receive exactly what you ask for in the note to seller area at checkout. Due to the quantity of orders I hand make in a day, I am unable to send a proof to each buyer. Feel free to view my social media sites, as I post photos sent from happy customers.

All available colors are in the last photo of each listing. Please note that different monitor set ups and whether natural or artificial light is used can slightly effect the color you see on screen vs what you receive. Occasionally there are manufacturer changes in the color, if there is an issue I will message you. If no response is given by the time your order is shipping, you will be sent the color you ordered.

What is this mark on my hanger?

As I use natural wood hangers, they are prone to burls, knots, slight warping, and slight splitting. If it's a painted hanger the paint will cover most of these defects if they are present.

Insufficient Address, Unclaimed, and Returned Packages

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to me. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to me and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Returned without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments - Personalized items are custom made to order just for you therefore I do not accept returns. Any items returned without authorization after delivery confirmation will be held and reshipped only at the your request and expense.

These are made to order by me in the USA.

WHAT YOU GET
Your order comes with one personalized hanger. Each hanger has a silver hook, and is about 17" wide, 11" tall, custom handmade and unique. It comes wrapped in tissue paper, in a white box.

The wire can be very delicate. Please handle with care to avoid bending the script. Handle your hanger from the hook or wood only.

These are handmade items, not factory-produced. Small tool marks in the wire and natural wood variations are expected and not considered defects. (Ex. If you choose teal ribbon you will receive blue, as teal is not an available color.)
