I am satisfied with the product. I ordered the Pokemon personalized card. Reason I gave 4 star on shipping is because there was a processing issue on my order with usps which caused it to be a week later than expected, however they kept me informed and answered my questions for updates and replaced my order. Actually I had totally forgot that I ordered a holographic version and they sent that right away because the replacement one wasn't holographic but they remembered and it showed up the very next day so I have a holographic and non holographic and both look good. Actually I kind of like the non holographic one better it's a little more thick and easier to read, otherwise very friendly staff and I would order from them again.
