To protect your jewelry, you should keep it away from liquids and chemicals. If you are not a professional, you cannot care for your jewelry at home. For this, you need to buy a polishing cloth or you can have it maintained at a local jeweler.

I can happily accept your bulk orders. All you have to do is send me a message or email. You can also have me produce products that are not available in my store. I can produce necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets and any style of jewelry with the material you want, this is real gold or silver.

A certain amount of real gold is used for plating processes, but as a jewelry designer and manufacturer, I do not recommend the plating process, because plating is done by only leaving a thin layer on the surface of the jewelry, but over time, when exposed to sweat, liquid contact and sunlight, its color fades easily. Although manufacturers are generally reluctant to say this, these are the facts, even if the highest quality plating is used, this will happen over time, but this is not the case with real gold or natural silver. Even if their colors fade, it is possible to polish them again with a simple polishing cloth.

I understand that doing this process when you have already experienced a loss or death is very difficult, but don't worry, we can do it together ㅤ♡ First, you will need to separate your ashes from large and large pieces. These pieces may cause difficulties during the filling. You can use a tea strainer for this. After this separation, unscrew the necklace and place the funnel I sent you into the necklace. The funnel will fit perfectly in its place. You don't need to hold the funnel. Just make sure it fits in its place. Because if ash pieces get into the threaded holes, you may have trouble screwing it in. Then, pour a small amount of ashes into the funnel with the spoon I sent you and press it lightly into the hole with the needle.

Do not try to fill the necklace with too much ash, this may cause trouble in screwing, the point of the necklace is that it has a small amount of a piece belonging to that person. After filling, gently click on the necklace with your fingernail, this will clean the ashes in the screwing slot, carefully remove the funnel and complete the screwing process without rushing, when you feel that the screw fits properly, if the screw is forced, you may damage the slot. The screw will close easily. My advice is to apply glue to the tip of the screw before screwing, be careful when doing this, fast glues can freeze quickly and prevent screwing (loctite) type lubricants will be more suitable. size and filling hole diameter

I encounter many customers and comments in many stores who have problems with the filling holes being too small. So far, I have not received any negative feedback about this. .Some necklaces have a hole diameter of 2.2 mm and 3.2 mm, but as I have done before, I can produce and send larger holes to some of my customers. If you have any questions about this, be sure to send me a message. I can adapt the dimensions of the necklaces to the measurements you want. How you want them is more important than how I produce them. Don't worry, I will respect all your words.

cancellation and refund

Every product purchased can be returned. Cancellations within 12 hours are immediately canceled with a full refund. However, since production has started after this period, if the product has not been shipped, the refund will be made with a 20% deduction, and there is no import of the products shipped. I take the pictures of my products myself and there is no manipulation in the pictures, they are all natural pictures. In other words, you buy what you see in the images. Please take your time during the filling process:

Gently loosen and remove the screw by turning it counterclockwise.

Insert the funnel securely into the opening.

Carefully add the ashes using a small spoon.

Reinsert the screw and tighten gently.

If resistance occurs, do not force it—ensure the screw hole is clean.

To align the threads, turn the screw slightly in the opposite direction until you feel a small click, then tighten clockwise.

For permanent sealing, a small amount of Loctite may be applied before fully tightening.

This tiny keepsake urn is actually much nicer than in the pictures. It is delicate and lovely and the artist was very accommodating: she added an engraving in Yiddish as I asked her to and she did it perfectly.
