The Pet Information Overview allows you to write in all the basics & then some about your pet! This insert also includes areas for you to write in your pet's current medications & a place to write in any surgical procedures your pet has had.

The pet information insert also includes a section for you to create a key code, which is useful to use along with the pet care log! A place to glue a small photo of your pet is also on the pet information insert.

The Pet Care Log insert is the place for you to track anytime your pet goes to the vet, gets vaccines, receives medication, etc. This inert has a small grid section at the top where you can jot down your pet's name or some basic information. It also includes a BUILT IN CODING COLUMN so you can better organize your information. You can use this to correspond to the code key you create on the Pet Info insert.

Some ideas for coding your pet care log: by vet visit, vaccines given, emergency visit, check up, medications given, follow-up needed, by pet, etc.

Note: Ideas for coding your tasks: use color, number, letter or symbols to code. Code by priority, urgency, person, type of task, category, time of day, etc- the possibilities are endless!

These inserts use *approximately .15" (3.81mm) grid &/or line space which really allows you to utilize the full page with lots of information.

Types Of Files You Receive:

Instant download: pdf files. Depending on the listing, there could be one or multiple.

pocket / pocket plus / a6 / personal / personal wide / fcc / mini hp / half letter
all come with 2 file versions:

*2 template spread with crop / cut marks to print on us letter paper & trim (2up_withcrop)

*single Template for planner size for printing on precut paper with no crop marks (1up_nocrop)

a5 comes with both options above but the 2up must be printed on a4 paper, will not fit on letter for that option. also comes with a 1up with crop for letter paper as well as the no crop for precut.

standard tn & passport tn only come as a 2up_withcrop as they need to be folded to use in travelers notebooks. this is the only file for these.
