Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items. We therefore appeal for your understanding. Thank you very much!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift notes are free just check the box "this is a gift" and a box to put your message will appear. Our products are packed in recyclable, environmentally friendly craft paper. All light-up products are then packed again in a secure cardboard box to ensure damage-free delivery. For the rest of product models are packed envelope to ensure damage-free delivery.

Cancelations/ Refunds/ Returns

You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible. If an order arrives with manufacturing defects, the wrong size, or other obvious defects, we'd be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. However, if a customer simply changes their mind about a sale, it is unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered. We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.

Orders are shipped from New Jersey (USA) and İstanbul (Turkey) worldwide. Deliveries usually take around 4-6 days. After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your tracking number. While we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you safely and on time, we do not take any responsibility if the package is lost or delayed. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
