All signs are UV printed with Eco-UV 5 Inks directly to the acrylic surface. The acrylic we use on most applications is Greencast Acrylic which is the most eco friendly acrylic in todays market.

The other Custom Sizes do have print limitations (cant be printed edge to edge) but within certain constraints - Please ask for further information as this may not effect your requirments and will also depend on the board or substrate used for your signage.

2. Select the sign size that best fits your space.
3. Use the Personalization box to detail your requirements, including font preferences (if applicable). If you need to locate a font in addition to what you are able to supply, we reccomend using dafont.com to locate a preferred font for your brand.
4. Send us your logo in print ready resolution
5. To print the best quality logos and graphics, we do request that such files are supplied in a specific format, this isnt to be difficult but is to ensure your detail is printed clean and crisp.

A vector file such as an SVG or AI file IS REQUIRED. All vector file supply must be emailed as wont attached to standard Etsy messages unless its embedded within a PDF

When emailing these, please include the order numebr in the email subject field and then also message via Etsy to advise it has been emailed - otherwise we may not be aware

IF YOUR DESIGN or Logo was created in Canva
⚠️We can access your file directly and obtain the correct file types for you. All files such as PNG's and also SVG files can be downloaded via Canva and we will do this for you to help. Once the order is placed, please just let us know you have a Canva file and we will forward detailed instructions on how to share so we can obtain access.

If you require your item prior to the advertised delivery date, we doi offer a 'RUSH ORDER' service, thats is available to purchase at an additional cost. A rush service guarantees the order is printed and sent within two days of confirmation of draft.

Dispatch ready within 1-3 business days post-draft approval.
Estimated delivery in 2-4 business days in the UK and 7-10 days internationally, with allowances for unforeseen delays.

Although drafts aren't always required, we like to ensure the product you receive exceeds expectations. A draft WILL ALWAYS BE PROVIDED before dispatch for approval to print and dispatch (drafts are supplied in all instances within 5 days of the advertised final dispatch date AND NOT within 5 days from the date of order unless we are ahead of shedule)

Orders are only sent to print once the draft has been approved. However if a draft has been supplied, we have to account for reasonable time to reply, therefore we will print and manufacture the drafted product if we haven't heard back within 3 working days of us supplying the draft to you and past this point it is not our responsibility to change, replace or send a new version if the draft supplied hasnt been checked.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY of the buyer to check all drafts that are supplied.
