🕒 Turnaround Time
This reading is delivered within two to three days during my working hours. You can find my current working hours in the Announcements and FAQ sections of my shop.

Please note that due to high demand, my schedule may occasionally fill up, which can lead to slight delays in delivery. I truly appreciate your support and patience, and I remain committed to giving every reading the time, focus, and personal attention it deserves. I will message you if the reading is delayed.

✂️ Cut the line reading upgrades

I have also offered same-hour and same-day readings for over 1.5 years, and while I’m deeply grateful for the demand, I’ve found that pace is no longer sustainable if I want to continue giving each session the care and attention it deserves. For that reason, I’m no longer able to offer same-day delivery as a standard expectation.

I do offer urgent and priority reading upgrades. I kindly recommend selecting the priority or urgent upgrade if you need a faster turnaround. A limited number of priority and urgent upgrades are released daily to accommodate those who need immediate support.

To ensure faster delivery, I highly recommend placing your order directly rather than messaging to ask about availability, especially if you’re in a rush. Readings are completed on a first come, first served basis. Feel free to send your photo via Etsy Messages if you’re comfortable doing so - it can help me prepare your reading. Everything you share is confidential.

I work seven days a week and often put in very long hours. One thing that truly helps me stay on schedule is having the personalization box filled out with the details I specifically ask for. When information is missing, I can’t begin your reading, and I have to reach out and wait for clarification, which pushes your order back and extends the delivery time for both of us. Providing those details upfront makes the process smoother, faster, and ensures you receive the best possible personalised reading. I deeply appreciate your understanding - it genuinely makes a difference.

Each reading in my shop has a set scope based on the time, energy, and depth required. If your request falls outside of what the listing covers, I may reach out to clarify or suggest the best option for your needs. This ensures my practice stays balanced, my energy is respected, and every client receives fair, high-quality service.

To respect my time and keep my schedule balanced, my obligations for a session are considered complete once the reading has been delivered.
