Grow tender, golden-stalked celery without the fuss of trenching or manual blanching!
Self-Blanching - Naturally develops milder, sweeter stalks with less bitterness. Ideal for small gardens or containers (24-30" tall).
Rich Flavor - Perfect for soups, salads, or fresh snacking.
Celery is finicky and will simply wait until its exact requirements are met to germinate. I recommend soaking the seeds for at least 24 hours to help with germination.
Sow 1/8" deep and 6–10″ apart. 15–30 days to germinate. Only recommended in mild climates with a long growing season. Soil should be well drained and enriched with compost. 90 to 120 days. 100+ seeds.
