We do not accept returns or exchanges as our store is custom / personalised. Please ensure to double check your size choice, and embroidery specifications. We can also not guarantee changes to be made on custom orders. We do not accept order cancellations due to all garments being custom made and design work starting prior to stitching. In the rare occasion an order arrives faulty or incorrect, you must inform us within 48h of receiving your garment, with photos included of the issue. If we require the garment back, we must recieve it within 14 days of receipt.
