What if the tracking shows the item has been delivered but I haven't received it?

While very rare, in such a case, we will carry out various measures to determine the whereabouts of the item. If the item cannot be discovered, the print can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied. Unfortunately, we don't repost or refund orders when the tracking clearly states delivery has taken place.

My order has not arrived yet:

Most orders arrive within 2 weeks after dispatch. Please do get back in touch with us if the order doesn't arrive by then and we will be able to send you replacement. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive especially during Festive Holidays.

Always ensure you provide the correct and complete address, we will not be held responsible if the package gets returned because the shipping address is incorrect and we will not provide a refund. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct information.

If however the customer no longer wants the order, a 50% fee from the total value of the order will be deducted when processing the refund.
