What sizes are offered and how do I pick the right one?

By default, we provide adult sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2X, and 3X, unless otherwise indicated in the listing. It is possible to order other sizes outside this range. Please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. To nail the perfect fit, we recommend grabbing your favorite tee, lay it flat, and measure width and length. Compare those numbers to the size chart in our product photos. Ninety percent of fit catastrophes vanish with that simple move. Your future self (and closet) will thank you.

What about custom and bulk orders?

If you want a custom shirt, or just wanna change a word, please send us a note with your unique request and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Orders of ten shirts or more with the same design qualify for sweet bulk pricing. Send us a note and we’ll quote within 48 hours.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, we can't provide gift wrapping or celebratory packaging at this time. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible with the best quality print–we're hoping that gets it to you in time to add your own special flourishes.

What about issues with shipping?

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. We will make every effort to contact you to coordinate re-shipping but you will be liable for re-shipping costs. Order Lost in the Mail: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement to you. Stolen Packages: If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, LAZY GLAMOUR is not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order. Check with your carrier for more details on delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges if I guessed the wrong size?

Because each item is made-to-order, we can’t restock it—so we don’t accept returns or size swaps. Double-check the handy size chart in every listing. If your shirt arrives with a weird misprint, mystery stain, or looks like it wrestled a bear en route, send us a photo within 30 days and we’ll happily reprint or refund without making you jump through any hoops =) Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Can I cancel an order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed. Once you hit submit on the order, the presses are rolling and the ink is literally drying. But, we're not monsters. Feel free to message us anyway and we’ll try our best to contact the printer (but no pinky promises).
