I use USPS for most of my items, and FedEx for larger/heavier items. I make several trips throughout the week, and usually try to ship purchased items out within a couple of days of purchase. Items that are bought during the weekend will not be shipped out until Monday. *Please double check your shipping address before making your purchase. I ship items to the address that is provided to me through Etsy, and I will not be responsible for an incorrect address. If you need to change the address for shipping, please get in touch with me ASAP. * I always refund any shipping overages there may be, and will condense items to the best of my ability.

Pictures and Descriptions

Please be aware that I am a VINTAGE & ANTIQUE reseller, so most of the items in my shop will show some type of wear consistent with its age. Imperfections and wear should be expected. I try my best to accurately describe each of my items, and whether or not there are any flaws to them. I take all of the photos myself and will take pictures of any of the flaws listed in the description. I add as many photos and videos as possible to accurately show for each item. Please be aware that the color displayed on each computer or phone varies, and I try to list the exact color and size to the best of my abilities. Photos and Videos are part of the description, so please take the time to view them all. Please message me for any questions.

Damaged Items & Returns

Damaged Claims: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out as soon as possible. Please KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS. In order to file a shipping claim, I will need multiple photos of the box, label, packing materials used and photos of the damaged item. I will -NOT- be able to refund if you no longer have any of the listed materials above or the shipping box. Returns: If you find yourself unhappy with an item you have received from my shop, I will do my best to make it right. If a return has been requested, item price will be refunded, but ALL shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer.
