What type of print is on your clothing?

This is direct to garment printing so the ink is sunken into the fabric. This means the ink is not printed on top like vinyl so won't chip or peel.

Please allow 2-10 days for your item to be made. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed shipments.

Why Does My Shirt Have A Vinegar Smell?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

With the exception of a few of our bag products, all our garments are produced and shipped withing the U.S.

Colors in listings may slightly vary depending on what device you are using. Prints may appear smaller depending on the shirt size ordered. Shirt sizing has a tolerance of 1.5" from measurements provided. Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed shipments.

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Since our items are made to order, you will not be refunded for sizing issues. Please refer to the size chart in the listing. We provide these measurements with a 1.5" tolerance Please check your shipping information when placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or due to a package refusal, you are responsible for reshipment costs. If an item is returned to us without an agreement, you will not be refunded.
