Be sure all text that you provide is exactly as you would like for it to be printed (spelling, punctuation and capitalization). We do not provide proofs before printing unless one is requested within 1 hour of placing your order, or if there is something questionable on your order that we need to verify. If you don't provide all of the info needed on your order (colors and text) it may delay your order or result in an order cancellation.

Please understand that color matching via the internet can be tricky. There are many factors to consider such as photography, lighting, screen settings, etc. The colors that you see on your screen may look different in person. If color matching is important to you PLEASE purchase a sample to see the color in person before placing an order.

For U.S. orders we recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks before the date needed. For orders shipping to Canada, we recommend at least 4 weeks. Orders needed sooner will be considered a rush order and will be considered on a case-by case basis which will be determined by our current workload, current shipping trends and the size and complexity of your order. Please message us before placing a rush order!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY DATES

Please check the estimated delivery date that etsy provides on the listing page before placing an order. Do note that these are estimated dates, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We promise to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we have no control over packages once they leave us. We cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive by the estimated delivery date. If a packaged has been marked delivered but you did not receive it then it may have been delivered to the wrong address. Please check with your neighbors to see if they received it in error. This is usually the case. If not, then please reach out to us for the next step.

Because we often start printing orders within an hour of receiving them, changes to personalization or color selections must be made via etsy messages within 1 hour of placing your order. If we have already printed your order when we are notified of the change, we will need to reprint your order which will result in a reprint fee of a minimum of 50% of your original order. If you need to change your shipping address, this can be done at any time as long as your order has not already shipped. Please let us know via etsy messages, as our email inbox is not monitored as regularly.

Most items in our shop can be personalized to some extent. Which part of the designs can be changed is described in each listing with a photo, which can be found if you scroll through the listing's photo gallery. Alterations aside from what is shown in each listing will be considered a Custom Design. Custom designs will be considered on a case-by-case basis and there may or may not be a fee, depending on the complexity of the alteration. If you have ideas for a completely custom design, please reach out to us for a discussion. If our workload and resources allow for it, we will be happy to do it for you. There may or may not be a fee involved depending on the complexity of the design.
