Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding USA federal holidays. Please verify your shipping address before purchase. I cannot be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses supplied at purchase. Please message before shipment to correct any errors. If an item is returned due to incorrect address it is the buyer's responsibility to re-purchase shipping for the order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Sticker-only orders are sent as letter mail in an envelope. Charm orders are shipped in bubble mailers with tissue paper and a layer of protective film on the charm. Prints are mailed in a plastic sleeve within a kraft stay-flat envelope.

Print on Demand Items

Print on demand items like shirts and sweatshirts are mailed separately from prints, stickers, and keychains. Should you have a problem with a print on demand item on arrival such as: lncorrect garment type received Incorrect size Large defects in the print Please send an image proof in the form of a view of the garment laid down on a flat surface. The barcode sticker and the whole product must be visible for my supplier to do a replacement. When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. This is from a non-permanent fixation agent applied during the printing process . Both should go away after one wash.

When will you restock ___?

I can't usually provide an answer for this, sorry! If its on the way I will let you know. Otherwise it depends on my status of other items that are also in demand and need resupplying. Items that are marked "Last Chance" will most likely not be restocked. Some items are still available, just on my independent store website.

My acrylic charm looks scratched, foggy, or bubbly, what happened?

This is most likely the protective film left on during shipping. Once the film is removed the design will look clear and shiny. If you have peeled it and still are seeing defects please contact me with images so I can help you out!

Can I get this sticker design printed at a different size?

Unfortunately I cannot offer custom sizes.

No. I won't pretend I never touched it out of initial curiosity, but after educating myself on the way it produces images and the companies pushing it I have no interest. I enjoy the artistic process and putting a piece of myself in the world. With my work I convey my genuine lived experience and feelings. An aggregate machine built on plagiarism can only give you something inhuman and average. Why would I want to create things that are just average? Why would I want to stunt myself by outsourcing my passion? Who benefits from that?! It's an immense privilege to do what I do and I'm thankful every day for those who support me. I keep up to date on what it can do and the news surrounding it to protect myself and I urge you to do the same.
