How do I send my logo or artwork?

For logo and custom image stamps, please email your file to orders@everystamp.store with your order number in the subject line. We accept ai, jpeg, pdf, png and svg formats. High resolution files always give the sharpest, most detailed results. Not sure if your file is suitable? Send it over anyway and we will let you know.

How long does production take?

Production and dispatch happen within 24 hours. We understand that your stamp often has a purpose and a deadline behind it, and we treat every order with that urgency in mind. Orders may take a little longer if we are waiting on your design file, image, or any additional details. Send them our way and we will get straight to work.

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide and faster than you might expect. From our studio to your door: United States: 5 to 8 days United Kingdom: 4 to 5 days Australia: 3 to 4 days Japan: under a week Other international destinations: times vary but we always dispatch without delay. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order even sooner. All orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your stamp every step of the way. Please note that occasional delays caused by customs processing in your country are completely outside our control. We are always here to help if you have any concerns about your delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As all our stamps are custom made to your specifications, we begin production quickly after your order is placed. Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of purchase. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you before production begins.

What size stamp should I choose? We have stamp mounts in all sizes, both square and rectangular. Choose a mount size that is slightly larger than your intended stamped imprint. For example, if your design will stamp at around 2 inches, a 2.4 inch mount works perfectly. Not sure what size you need? Message us with your design and intended use and we will recommend the right size for you. With hundreds of unique designs produced every week, we know exactly which mount works best for every shape, size and style.

What if I am not happy with my order?

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. We have fulfilled over 20,000 orders because we take every single one seriously. If something is not right, please message us straight away. We will listen, we will act, and we will make it right.
