Damaged Item on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a message along with clear photos showing the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label with your name and address visible. This helps us assess the problem and follow up with the carrier or our production team. After reviewing the information, we’ll offer a resolution; this could be a free replacement, a refund, or another solution we agree on. All damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Since our prints and frames are made to order, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for items you no longer want. Please make sure you’re happy with your selection before placing your order, as refunds or returns aren’t possible for unwanted items. Refunds are available if there’s a printing error, quality issue, or in other exceptional situations. We don’t offer refunds for shipping problems like delays or damage caused during transit, but depending on the situation, we’re happy to arrange a free replacement.

Delayed Deliveries or Arriving After the Estimated Timeframe

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over shipping times. Delays can occur, especially with customs or during busy periods. Refunds can’t be issued for delays unless your package is officially declared lost by the carrier. Delivery times shown are estimates based on past shipments and aren’t guaranteed. They can vary due to holidays or other unforeseen factors. While refunds aren’t possible in these cases, we’ll always look into alternative resolutions depending on the circumstances.

Quality Issues & Colour Variations

We do our best to ensure top quality, but occasional mistakes can happen, and we sincerely apologise if they do. If you notice a fault, please send us photos and details so we can offer you a free replacement or a refund. Please note: The colours of the final printed product may look slightly different from what you see on your screen, as all monitors display colour differently. Slight colour variations don’t qualify for returns or refunds.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Before placing your order, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct. We can’t offer free replacements if an incorrect address was provided. If your address is incomplete, contact your local carrier to update it or arrange collection. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because it wasn’t picked up in time, we can resend it to the correct address. However, you’ll be responsible for the reprint and any extra shipping costs. Refunds or free replacements aren’t available for orders placed with incorrect addresses or for uncollected packages.

Order cancellations are usually possible if the order hasn’t shipped yet. However, please be aware that if your order has already entered the printing process, even if it isn’t marked as shipped, it might not be possible to cancel.

Please note that Etsy’s estimated delivery dates do not account for carrier delays in December. This applies to all Etsy shops. Orders placed after December 7 may or may not arrive before Christmas. If you decide to order, please do so only if you’re comfortable with the possibility of your items arriving after the holiday. We do not send replacements while an order is still in transit, as this often causes further delays and confusion, with duplicate packages arriving at different times.

During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer. Please refer to the estimated dispatch and delivery dates shown at checkout; these offer the most up-to-date estimates. Keep in mind that delivery times are approximate and can’t be guaranteed during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, we kindly ask that you allow a few extra days before contacting us.
