No. Every Rockin' Ragz item is professionally printed to order through our trusted production partners. Printing each item as it's ordered helps reduce waste and overproduction while ensuring every shirt is made just for you. Most orders are produced and shipped within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Can I speed up the Printing/ Shipping of my purchase?

At this time, we do not offer rush production or expedited printing. Please review the estimated delivery date shown before checkout if you're ordering for a specific event or holiday.

Do you purchase designs from others?

No. Every Rockin' Ragz design is original and created specifically for our shop. You won't find these graphics sold anywhere else.

Do you do custom orders?

At this time, we don't create brand-new custom artwork. However, if you'd like one of our existing designs on a different shirt style or available color, send us a message! We'll gladly let you know what's possible.

I ordered for a specific Holiday but it's not going to arrive in time, can I cancel?

Unfortunately, no. Because every item is made to order just for you, we can't cancel an order once it has been sent into production. Please check the estimated delivery date shown at checkout before placing your order, especially if you're ordering for a holiday, vacation, birthday, or other special event. While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. If your order has not yet entered production, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Custom and personalized orders

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but your package isn't there, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your local post office, and nearby safe delivery locations first. Many packages are found within 1–2 business days. If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us and we'll help point you toward the next steps.
