Once I place my order, when will it be shipped?

All of our items are made to order and will be processed as soon as we receive your order and payment. Orders take 1 -2 business days to process. Most often, orders are delivered within 5 - 8 days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees as we have no control over postal system delays once we ship your item(s). Please make sure your address has been entered correctly during checkout to avoid any potential delays. Digital printable art can be downloaded and printed immediately after purchase.

Shipping is free for orders that are delivered within the US. International shipping will incur a $5 shipping charge, and will have the cost of shipping added at checkout. Digital printable art is not physical shipped, so there are is shipping cost to you no matter where you are located.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow and track your order. Digital printable art can be downloaded and printed immediately after purchase, therefore no tracking numbers are issued.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or if it is not what you ordered, please take pictures of the damaged item, the packaging materials and shipping label and notify us immediately. We will see that your item gets replaced. Notifications of damaged items must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Sizing and frame color (if applicable) details?

We do not offer custom sizes and frame colors for our FRAMED art. ALL available sizes and frame colors are listed in each listing.

How do I Download my item?

You may access your files through your Etsy account if you have one. To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you purchased as a ‘guest”, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links (from transaction@etsy.com) after purchase is completed. Depending on your computer’s security settings, this email could go to a spam or junk folder, so check there if you don’t receive the email. The email will have a link for instant access to your purchased item(s).

Can I use your artwork for commercial use?

No. You are not permitted to use, share or distribute our digital files or reproduce for commercial use or resale in any form. You are not permitted to use our artwork to edit or make changes to, then in turn use for commercial use or resale in any form.

What are your holiday shipping deadlines?

For delivery by Christmas, orders must be received no later than December 9th. Orders placed after this date cannot be rushed and may arrive after December 25th. Digital printable art has no deadline, and can be ordered anytime for holiday arrival.
