Custom and personalized orders

I take custom orders. If you're anything like it, but you want a different color, size, peronalized or something else, let me know and we can discuss all the details. Custom order are executed at the 100% prepayment. Payment on custom order can not be returned.

Recommended: handwash in cool water with children’s soap. Do not leave toy in water for a long time (wooden beads may be saturated and crack). Rinse thoroughly and squeeze dry. Redistribute stuffing if necessary. Air dry flat.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I ship toys in a standart wrapping and put every order in a custom brown bag. The gift wrapping is a white or brown box with tissuue paper, brand tag, may include gift card with your note, also has ribbon on top + thank you card

Return, exchange and cancellation order

I cann't accept return custom or personalized orders and baby rattles, because of the nature of these items (intimate items for health/hygiene reasons), unless they arrive damaged or defective. You must shipping back items to me within 14 days from delivery. If you don't want to wait till packages come back to me, you can send me the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the package. Then I'll do your return / exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original conditions, you are responsible for any loss in value. I can accept the cancellation of your order in first 24 hours, if it hasn't been shipped.

If you don't receive the parcel within 4 weeks from the date of shipment: 1. Ask family or neighbors, maybe they have received parcel instead of you. 2. Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived. 3. Let me know, if you didn't receive your parcel within 28 days from the date of shipment. I will fill in the claim about the lost in my local post office. 4. If the parcel is lost, and this confirms a written response to the postal of Ukraine, I do 100% refund or re-sending the item. 5. Perhaps you have not taken away the package and package has been shipped back to me. I can ship the item again, you are responsible for shipping costs.

Conditions of return free shipping orders

If you want to return order with free shipping, you are responsible for return shipping costs in size of 15$. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
