1. Are your shirts made to order?

Yes. Every item is printed just for you after your order is placed. This gives each order a more thoughtful, made-for-you feel and helps reduce unnecessary overproduction.

2. What brand of shirts do you use?

Most of our shirts are printed on premium Comfort Colors® blanks, known for their soft garment-dyed feel, relaxed fit, and lived-in look. Product details may vary slightly by item, so please check each listing description before ordering.

3. How do Comfort Colors shirts fit?

Comfort Colors® shirts have a relaxed, unisex fit. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes. For the best fit, please compare your favorite shirt with the size chart shown in the listing photos.

4. Where is the design printed?

Front print is the default placement unless otherwise stated in the listing. If back print is available for that design, you can request it through the personalization box or by sending us a message before ordering.

5. Can I request a different shirt color?

Yes, selected color requests may be available depending on the design. Since not every artwork looks good on every shirt color, please message us before ordering if you want a color that is not shown in the listing.

6. Can I request a back print?

Yes, back print may be available on selected designs. Please write your request in the personalization box or message us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

7. Can I customize the design?

Small customization requests may be possible depending on the artwork, such as print placement or selected color changes. Full custom artwork or major design changes are not always available. Please message us before ordering.

8. Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, garment dye variations, and the printing process. We do our best to show the design and shirt colors as accurately as possible.

9. How long does it take to process my order?

Each item is made to order. Processing time may vary depending on the product and order volume. Please check the estimated delivery date shown by Etsy at checkout for the most accurate timeline.

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Because each item is made to order, please check the size chart carefully before purchasing.
