Are all your pin cushions handmade?

Yes—every single pincushion in my shop is handmade by me with lots of attention to detail and care! I always start with the vessel—usually a unique antique or vintage piece that sparks my imagination. From there, the design unfolds like a little story. Each pincushion is a labor of love, often taking hours to complete, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. I find joy in every embellishment, every fabric choice, and every detail that brings the piece to life. No two are ever quite the same—and that’s the magic of handmade!

What makes your decorative pins and crafting supplies special?

Each item in my shop is individually handmade with care and creativity. My decorative pins, stitch markers, and needle minders all begin with a spark of inspiration—whether it’s a vintage bead, a playful charm, or a beautiful color palette. I combine unique designs and whimsical details to create pieces that are both functional and fun. They’re perfect for brightening up your craft time, gifting to a fellow maker, or displaying in your creative space.

How often do you ship purchases?

I’m passionate about what I do and ship orders six days a week—Monday through Saturday—via USPS Ground Class or Priority Mail. I make every effort to carefully package and ship items within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekend orders). I prioritize getting your order out quickly and securely, often using bubble wrap when needed. However, please be aware that USPS delivery times can be frustratingly slow, even with Priority Mail. Most packages should arrive within 3–7 business days, and always include tracking number for your reference. I always do my best, but once it’s with USPS, it’s out of my control.

Do you combing shipping if purchasing more than one item?

Yes, I do combine shipping! When you purchase multiple items, your cart and payment will initially show the shipping cost for each item individually. While this can add up, don’t worry! Once I receive your order, I’ll calculate the combined shipping rate for all the items, package them together in one box or envelope, and REFUND you the difference between what you paid and the actual postage cost. In most cases (except for very lightweight items), this can save you several dollars.

What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns for pincushions, no matter the reason! Simply return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days, and I’ll issue a full refund with no questions asked. However, please note that NO returns are accepted for pins, needle minders, stitch markers, linens, buttons, scissors, or seam rippers due to the nature of these items. If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage, and I’ll assist you with a resolution.
