All of our designs and products are hand-tailored, so we can customize to our customers' liking and create new designs to our customers' liking. We can customize according to the customer's preferences based on the original product design or can create a new design according to the customer's ideas.

Custom and personalized orders
• For online orders we recommend choosing personal size (it won't change the price). It helps achieve best fit and minimize alterations that may be required. After you place an order we will send you the form and illustrated instructions on how to take the measurements. Please take into consideration the fact that while ordering dress in store it takes the tailor at least two fittings to provide the best result, but as you make the order online we perform it without a single fitting.

Care instructions
• Use special garment steamer to remove wrinkles and prepare the dress for the wedding day. Garment steamers can be found in many clothing sores and dry cleaners
• Do not iron the dress, it may damage delicate fabrics
• Professional dry cleaning only (choose cleaners who have experience with wedding dresses)
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Beads and other handmade ornaments may change color or fall apart if washed or treated with chemicals. Please avoid cleaning them, or do that at your own risk.
• Store the dress in a dry place, preferably in a protective bag or a box

Return, Refund & Exchange
We will accept returned items if they meet the following guidelines:

• The effective time for return policy is to contact and confirm the return within 10 days from the date of successful delivery of the order. The time to send back the dress is within 21 days from the date of successful delivery.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original labels attached
• Items must be sent back to our address in Vietnam.
• After receiving your order intact, your order will be refunded immediately within 24 hours.

Exchanges
If the new item is a different product, there might be a price difference to exchange.

Please note:
- Customers can cancel orders within 12 hours of placing them. After 12 hours, if an order is canceled, only 50% of the order value will be refunded.
- Sale products will not be refunded.
- Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise requested.
- Orders that include personal measurements in the personalization section will be prioritized for custom tailoring based on the customer's individual measurements.
