✅ USA No worries, you don't need to pay anything extra. Although the U.S. has added a 10% import duty on Ukrainian goods, we cover this cost for you. ✅ EU & UK As long as your order is under €150, VAT is already collected at checkout by Etsy, so you won't need to pay it again. 👉 Please keep in mind, though, that some countries may still apply additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by local regulations. If you ever have questions, I'll be happy to assist.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends.

Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

How can I remove the map from the wall?

You will only need a manual hairdryer, some time and patience to cope. Direct the airflow between a Map piece and the wall, wait a bit and remove them one by one. Watch the video to see how it's done: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6UKXXtSnME Still, we cannot guarantee that your wall will remain completely unmarked after you take off the Map, this depends on the wall and its surface, the duration of the Map being displayed, air temperature, humidity, etc. The possible damages of the wall cannot be covered by the warranty. Please pay attention and consider.

Beautiful product, fast shipping, well packaged. I especially loved the variety of options. Everything fits perfectly, just as described. Yes, it takes a bit of time to assemble, but the instructions are good, and it's fun! The adhesive labels actually stick well. Since our wall is very rough, we first stuck the world to a thin, blue-painted wooden board and then screwed that to the wall. All our visitors are impressed!
