Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders will be sent in 100% recyclable packaging. If you would like to upgrade to include gift wrapping - please select the 'Gift Wrapping' option at checkout. Your keepsake will be wrapped in natural brown gift paper, twine ribbon and dried Gypsophila flowers. A personalised gift tag will also be included - please send me a message with your order number and name you would like on the gift tag.

Custom and personalised orders

If you like my products but would like them in another colour, I'm always happy to create custom orders - please send me a message to discuss options before purchasing. Bear in mind that if bespoke materials are needed to be ordered in, this will put a further 3-5 working days onto the processing time.

The sizes are detailed in the listing descriptions but if you would like any of my products in a custom size - please send me a message and we can work together to create your ideal keepsake

Made to order items have a turnaround time of 4-5 days - my little boy is at preschool part-time so my hours are limited at the moment. Please be assured I'll do my best to get your keepsakes to you as soon as possible. If you are in a pinch and need something in a hurry - please just pop me a message to make sure I can accommodate a quicker turnaround.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (arriving in 2-3 days) - you will receive updates throughout the delivery process. You can choose to upgrade to Tracked 24 (arriving in 1-2 days) at the checkout if you need your item quickly. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked International.

Lined with thick cotton calico fabric so it keeps its shape nicely.
