How do I download and edit my template?

- After purchasing, a PDF will be available to download via your Etsy purchase page. You will also receive an email from Etsy with a link to the PDF. - The PDF will contain the link to your template. Click on the link and it will take you to Canva. - Login into (or set up for free) your Canva account. - Edit your template in Canva, save and download the file. - You will be able to access and make changes on Canva at any point after this.

I don't have an Etsy account, I purchased my item as a guest?

If you purchased as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. The email will have been sent to the address provided when purchasing.

Do I need a Canva Pro account to use the editable digital templates?

No, the editable digital templates do not require Canva Pro to use or download. All the pre-filled elements, fonts, pictures (etc) are free to use on these templates.

Can I edit the templates in other design software programs outside of Canva?

No, unfortunately we only design Canva templates. You CANNOT edit these templates in other design software programs (such as Adobe PSD or Illustrator/ Word/Google Docs etc.)

Can I use your templates for personal projects?

No, all our templates are for professional and commercial use by businesses only.
