Do you offer printing services?

No, I only provide digital templates. No physical items will be shipped.

What software do I need?

You’ll need either Adobe Photoshop or Canva to edit the templates, depending on the product you purchase. The required software is always clearly stated in both the title and product description, so please make sure to review these details carefully before purchasing. Please note: Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Express are not compatible. If you'd like to try Photoshop before purchasing, Adobe offers a free trial on their website. Templates must be downloaded and edited on a desktop or laptop — mobile or tablet editing is not recommended.

Are images included with the templates?

No. Due to licensing restrictions, stock photos and mockup slides used for presentation purposes are not included with your purchase. These are shown only to demonstrate how the template can look when fully customized.

How do I access my download?

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Are font files included with my purchase?

FOR CANVA TEMPLATES: Templates made for Canva use fonts included in the Canva platform, so no downloads are necessary. FOR PHOTOSHOP TEMPLATES: Due to copyright laws, I’m unable to provide the font files directly. However, most fonts used are standard or free for personal/commercial use, and you'll receive links to download and install them yourself. Please note: I do not own or design these fonts, so availability may change over time. A font that was once free or available may later be removed or become paid by the original creator.

How long do I have access to the templates?

You'll have lifetime access to your templates. You can return anytime to edit or download them as many times as you need — no expiration, no limits.
