Custom and personalized orders

If you see anything you would like to add personalization to, please send a message and I am happy to see if it's something I can do.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Currently I am unable to offer gift wrapping services. Most packages will arrive in a white polymer shipping bag.

Production times are 3-6 business days. No weekends, no holidays. Items may ship out sooner than this. I am unable to speed up this process as I work with a production partner who helps me with printing and shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

Please see each listing for exact estimates. Typically, items shipped within the US arrive within 3-8 business days. Shipping times are just estimates. Weather and time of year, such as holidays may lead to longer shipping times.

Custom and personalized orders

Each item is made to order just for you, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your item such as defect, please reach out so I can work out a resolution for you. Cancelations cannot be made once the order has started production. Usually within 1-2 hrs of placing the order.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

• Select the exact phone model shown in your phone settings. Similar model names and sizes are not interchangeable.

• The artwork is printed directly onto a hard-shell case. It is not made from real stained glass, metal, fabric, resin, or raised materials.

• This case does not physically light up or glow in the dark. The illuminated appearance is part of the printed design.

• Artwork placement and cropping may vary slightly between phone models because camera openings and case proportions differ.

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing, and the selected matte or glossy finish.

• Please verify your shipping address and phone model before submitting your order.
