How do I access my download?

1. After purchasing, you will receive an email from Etsy containing a link to your download. 2. Alternatively, you can download it from "Purchases and Reviews". Make sure to log in to your Etsy account where you made the purchase. 3. Next to the order, select "Download Files". This will take you to the Downloads page, where you can find all the files attached to your order. 4. You can also return to the item’s listing page, where you should find an “Instant Download” link next to the item. Please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer. Etsy does not allow download via app.

When will I receive my downloads after purchase?

Your templates should be available to download automatically once your payment is processed. All products are available via instant download.

How do I access the templates in Canva?

After downloading the PDF file, please click on the links provided within the document. This action will redirect you to Canva, where you can proceed to edit your templates.

I made the purchase but I am still unable to download the templates?

Etsy screens and reviews all Etsy Payments orders to ensure that the order is legitimate and to protect buyers/sellers from possible fraud. If you have received a notification or email about a processing order, it means that the transaction is being reviewed by Etsy. Typically, orders are processed within a span of 72 hours. Once Etsy confirms the validation of the order, you will receive the download link and access to the files you purchased. Do I need a Canva Pro account?

All templates are compatible with Canva's free account. You will only need a free version of Canva.

I've never used Canva before. How can I download these templates and share them on my social media account?

After you customize/edit the templates, click on the 'Download' button located at the top-right corner of the screen. Then, select your preferred file format (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF) and click 'Download' again to save the template to your device. Alternatively, you can click on 'Share on Social,' then select your social media platform and follow the instructions Canva provides to upload the post if you prefer not to download the templates to your device. For those who have not used Canva before, I encourage you to explore Canva first before making a purchase. Canva is free and beginner-friendly. Simply create a free account and look up tutorials online to get familiar with the platform.

Can I edit the Instagram templates in Photoshop and how long do I have access to them?

No, these are made in Canva and can only be edited in Canva. The templates do not come in PSD format. You have lifetime access to the templates. Feel free to revisit them for editing and downloading as frequently as required.

Can I download the presentations and edit them in Powerpoint instead of Canva?
