How do I download my art?

👉 PLEASE NOTE: It’s not possible to access download links from the Etsy app, only from the Etsy website (using a web browser) 👈 After purchase, you’ll receive an email receipt from Etsy containing a download link (OR you can also find them on the Purchases page after logging into your Etsy account using a web browser such as Chrome: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases) For custom sized printable wall art, your art file will be ready within 2 business days. You will receive an email from Etsy with a link to download, and can also find the file under 'Purchases'. How can I access downloads without an Etsy account?

If you purchased as a guest without an Etsy account, the download links will be sent to you in the receipt email from Etsy. Please check your Spam/Junk folder, and Social and Promotions tabs if using Gmail.

I didn't get an email with download links (or I signed in with Apple)

If you didn't receive the email from Etsy, don't worry! You can access your downloads by logging into your Etsy account using a web browser such as Chrome (NOT the Etsy app as it doesn't include downloads). After logging in, go to your Purchases page to find your downloads. There is no need to click through the email to access your downloads. If you're wondering why you didn't receive the email, if you signed in with Apple and chose ‘Hide my email’ when signing into Etsy via the app, it assigned you a random email to keep your personal email private. The Etsy email containing the downloads would then not be sent to your personal address. If you have any trouble, please message me and I’m happy to help.

Can I use any Frame TV art as desktop wallpaper?

Yes! Our Frame TV art is the same size as our desktop wallpaper - a 3840 x 2160 pixels (4K) JPG file. Keep in mind that some artworks do look better from a distance, and so are more suited to TV art. These artworks may have a more highly textured look which you might find distracting on a wallpaper viewed up close. You can check the close-up image that we provide in every listing to get an idea of texture and detail. Also be aware that we may alter the wallpaper version from the Frame TV art version to make it more suitable as wallpaper (for example, by smoothing the texture).

How do I use Frame TV art?

After purchase, you can access art files on the Purchases page in your Etsy account or in your email if you checked out as a guest. Before you start: • Install the free Samsung 'SmartThings' app on your phone • Connect your phone and TV to same Wifi network To show art on your TV: 1. Create a 'Frame TV Art' folder on your phone 2. Download art files into this folder 3. In the SmartThings app, select your TV 4. Go to 'Art Mode'. 5. Add artworks from your Frame TV Art folder ONE AT A TIME (this enables you to remove the mat) 6. Adjust the display to your liking 7. How do I remove the mat/border from around the TV art? The art is not taking up the full space on the TV.

If you can't see an option to remove the mat from around the image, please try uploading images ONE AT A TIME using SmartThings. Customers have reported this has fixed this issue. -- ICLOUD Did you download the image to iCloud? Unfortunately sharing to SmartThings from iCloud might share a cropped version of the file, resulting in an unwanted large mat. To avoid this, save the image from Photos to your local phone storage using 'Export Unmodified Originals', and share it to SmartThings from there. See https://support.apple.com/en-us/111762 Alternatively, edit using Photos to reverse the cropping. In general, it's best to download the file from Etsy directly to your local phone storage and share it to SmartThings from there.

Does TV art work on other TVs?

These art files are designed for The Frame TV by Samsung, which allows images to be used as a permanent wallpaper, even when the TV is off. They also work on Hisense Canvas and TCL NXTFRAME TV. For other smart TVs (LG, Sony etc) we can't make any guarantees, but there is often a Photos/Videos app that will allow you to display your own images in a slideshow while the TV is on. Apple TV, Google TV and Roku also have slideshow/ambient mode features. These files have 16:9 aspect ratio and 4K resolution, which is very common for modern TVs. Can you create a printable version of a Frame TV artwork or wallpaper?

Sorry, we no longer create printable wall art. All of our designs are for digital display only (TVs, computer screens and mobile devices).
