I want to cancel my order

To maintain efficiency, I start custom orders soon after they are placed. If you change your mind, please request a cancellation within 24 hours for a full refund. After this period, refunds won’t be possible if your order is already in production or shipped.

I make every effort to ensure printed colors are accurate to what you see on your screen. However, please note that due to screen differences, colors may not be exact. No refunds are available for minor color variations.

Processing and Operation Time

Our shipping schedule is Monday through Friday. We take the weekend off, so no orders will go out then.

When is the package shipped?

Current turnaround times are listed with each item and may vary by workload. The time shown when you make a purchase is guaranteed. Make sure all required info is provided to avoid delays.

I specialize in crafting personalized, made-to-order items just for you. Because of this, returns or exchanges aren’t accepted unless there is a mistake or defect in the item. Please let me know if you have any concerns, and I’ll be happy to assist.

If there is any issue with the item you received, like a defect or an incorrect order, kindly contact me within 30 days from delivery. Please provide close-up photos and measurements of the defect, and I will reprocess your order.

I have not received the item

A carrier may accidentally scan a package as delivered, even though it might still be on their truck or delivered to the wrong address. Start by contacting your post office or filing an online Help Request. If the issue isn’t resolved, I’m available for the next steps.
