An absolute disaster. First, a defective charm was sent. I was then allowed to choose a new one, but after about two weeks, the texture and color had changed. Now they're claiming I damaged it, even though it's clearly poor quality and workmanship. On top of that, they sent me a picture of someone else's bracelet that they claim I damaged. Unfortunately, I demonstrably didn't order this bracelet. Apparently, the shop has so many returns and complaints that they've lost track of who complained.
